We read public listings. We do not cup. You see qualitative labels — bad, workable, good — plus a short note for why, not numbers.

We do not publish shop rankings. Lists are sorted for how you brew, not as a quality league table.

High confidence only when the shop names a brew method. Roast color and tasting notes alone are our read.
